What we cover
Map Your Child's Realistic Options
Wednesday 3 June, 7-8:30pmA-level combinations that open and close doors. The month-by-month timeline from Year 11 summer to UCAS submission. You'll leave with a filled-in timeline and a clear picture of what your child's subjects make possible.
Build a Strategic Shortlist
Wednesday 10 June, 7-8:30pmI share my screen and we look up your child's courses live on uniplan.me. Offer rates, real entry grades, hidden requirements. I'll pick parents from the group and we'll build their shortlist in real time using the reach / target / safe framework.
Supercurriculars That Actually Matter
Wednesday 17 June, 7-8:30pmWhich activities strengthen an application and which ones admissions tutors are tired of. Free lectures vs £7,000 summer schools. The new 3-question personal statement format and how to write about supercurriculars with reflection, not listing.
Your Questions + What I'd Do Differently
Wednesday 24 June, 7-8:30pmThe honest story of my four children's applications, including every mistake. Results day preparation. A long, open Q&A where you can bring your messiest question. This is the session where it all comes together.

Your host
I'm Caroline. Cambridge PGCE. Former Edexcel examiner. Deputy Head of Maths. Good Schools Guide writer. CDI member. Mother of four.
My daughter went from King's Maths School to Edinburgh for Computer Science. My son went from Imperial to an Oxford PhD. My third is at university in the US. My youngest is in sixth form.
My parents came from Kenya and Uganda. Neither went to university. I grew up in Cardiff, got A, B, C at A-level, and still got into Imperial. Nobody showed me the playbook. So I built one.
I built uniplan.me to help parents compare thousands of UK courses in one place. And I'm running this programme because I know what it's like to navigate this system without a guide.

Questions
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and sent to you within 24 hours. You can rewatch as many times as you like.
Is this just for Year 12 parents?
No. Year 11 parents get the most from Session 1 (timeline and A-level choices). Year 12 parents get the most from Sessions 2-3 (shortlisting and supercurriculars). All sessions are relevant to both year groups.
Does this cover Medicine?
No. This programme focuses on STEM subjects (Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering) and Economics. Medicine applications have a completely different process.
Can my child join the calls?
Yes, please do. One payment covers the whole family. It works best when you do this together.
What if my child doesn't know what they want to study?
That's completely fine. You don't need all the answers by the end. The goal is to have a plan you can work on over the summer, not to have everything figured out.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund before the first session. After the first session, no refunds, but you keep all recordings and materials.
What are the pricing tiers?
First 5 parents: £199 (founding rate). Next 5: £249 (early bird). After that: £349 (standard). Founders lock in their rate for any future cohort.
