Environment, Law, and Economics explores governance of the built and natural environments through the lenses of law, economics and policy. This course was previously called Land Economy. Throughout the course you’ll study a broad range of topics including regional economics, environmental protection, international development, real estate, urban planning, and property law. In this course, you'll focus on a broad and varying range of disciplines relating to the built and natural environments. In the 21st century, society, business and the environment affect the daily lives of people around the world. You'll get to the heart of some of our biggest challenges by learning across these disciplines. You can also explore other key areas including business and financial regulation, city planning and more.
